Agreement
By using aethermuse.ai, talking with Muse, submitting the Adeline form, or creating a subscriber account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AetherMuse AI provides AI employees (including Olivia for inbound reception, Hope for client support, and Adeline for website form leads) that answer calls, book appointments, and handle form inquiries on behalf of your business. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated over time.
Accounts & payments
Subscriber accounts require accurate information. Paid plans are billed monthly according to the tiers selected. You are responsible for keeping payment methods current. We may suspend service for non-payment. Bundle discounts apply only when the stated conditions are met.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the AI employees or underlying systems.
- You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide to your AI employees and for compliance with applicable laws (including call recording and telemarketing rules where relevant).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AetherMuse AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your access to the subscriber app and active AI employees ends.
